★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención administrativa es pésima la contadora no factura al momento y debes estar llamando y llamando para que te envíen tu factura llegan a tardar hasta 3 días en facturarte.
y la contadora nunca responde el telefono.
En lo personal muy mala experiencia y no fue una vez han sido varias, pero la culpa es mía por seguir comprando en ese lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el Dr. Álvaro en diagnóstico, tratamiento, atención y seguimiento. También excelente servicio de urgencias, nos atendió el Dr. Daniel con mucho profesionalismo, su atención, revisión, tratamiento y seguimiento excelente, mis mascostas con estos doctores han estado en las mejores manos. Los recomiendo totalmente. Las instalaciones son amplias, bien equipadas, limpias y buen surtido de productos, las recepcionistas ofrecen buen trato.
Excellent Dr. Álvaro in diagnosis, treatment, care and follow-up. Also excellent emergency service, Dr. Daniel attended us with great professionalism, his attention, review, treatment and excellent follow-up, my costs with these doctors have been in the best hands. I totally recommend them. The facilities are spacious, well equipped, clean and a good assortment of products, the receptionists offer good treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos profesionales de la salud, sin embargo hay 3 cosas que necesitan mejorar:
1.No respetan horarios según su agenda , te pueden citar a las 10 y pasar hasta las 11 si quieren
2.La chica que da las citas es super grosera y actúa como si te estuviera haciendo el favor.
3. Manejan horrible las urgencias , si llamas por una urgencia te contestan de mala gana y te dicen que puedes ir hasta que estén desocupados , metiendo cita hasta 8 horas después de tu llamada , si saben que no pueden manejar urgencias por falta de personal, tiempo , equipo, etc. no les digan a los clientes que si porque no es verdad.
Very good health professionals, however there are 3 things that need improvement:
1. They do not respect schedules according to their agenda, they can make an appointment for you at 10 and stay until 11 if they want
2.The girl who gives the dates is super rude and acts like she's doing you a favor.
3. They handle emergencies horribly, if you call for an emergency they answer you reluctantly and tell you that you can go until they are free, making an appointment up to 8 hours after your call, if they know they can't handle emergencies due to lack of staff, time, equipment, etc. don't tell customers yes because it's not true.

Tuve que acudir durante la madrugada (2:00 AM) por una emergencia con mi mascotita, quien desafortunadamente falleció. Sin embargo, todo el tiempo la atención por parte de los doctores fue muy humana y de gran calidad.
Al llegar, revisaron a mi perrita y le hicieron estudios de emergencia, aproximadamente unos 25 minutos después nos dieron los resultados pero no fueron favorables. Tuvimos que decidir dormirla. Durante este momento tan difícil la doctora nos explicó claramente la situación, nos propuso algunas alternativas, nos aconsejó lo mejor para nuestra perrita y fue clara con los costos. Además, me parece que el hospital cuenta con el equipo necesario ya que todo el procedimiento (consulta, radiografía, eutanasia) fue ahí mismo, excepto la cremación pero ellos mismos se encargaron de todo, únicamente recogimos las cenizas al día siguiente.
Por otro lado, he llevado a mi otra mascota (hurón) a consulta y en una ocasión, una emergencia, y siempre he recibido muy buena atención por parte del personal y los precios me parecen justos ($400 - $600 la consulta). Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.
It pains me to share my experience but I hope it will be useful.
I had to go during the early morning (2:00 AM) for an emergency with my pet, who unfortunately passed away. However, all the time the attention from the doctors was very humane and of great quality.
Upon arrival, they checked my dog and did emergency tests, approximately 25 minutes later they gave us the results but they were not favorable. We had to decide to put her to sleep. During this very difficult time, the doctor clearly explained the situation to us, suggested some alternatives, advised us what was best for our dog, and was clear about the costs. In addition, it seems to me that the hospital has the necessary equipment since the entire procedure (consultation, radiography, euthanasia) was carried out there, except for the cremation, but they took care of everything themselves, we only collected the ashes the next day.
On the other hand, I have taken my other pet (ferret) to a consultation and on one occasion, an emergency, and I have always received very good attention from the staff and the prices seem fair ($400 - $600 for the consultation). I highly recommend this place.
