C	Carlos Salvador on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con mi familia para conocer el fraccionamiento por la ruta de camino a San José de Guanajuato (pasando por el SEMEFO) y la ruta es de terraceria en muy malas condiciones (no me quiero imaginar como se pone cuando llueve), esta muy solo y había un retén militar parando a todos los autos y revisandolos, de regreso me fui por un camino que lleva a la carretera lateral de la panamericana, en el camino como a 30 metros del fraccionamiento había una colonia que se veía en pésimas condiciones casi todas las casas abandonadas y saqueadas, sin ventanas ni puertas (lo único que se veía en buen estado era un depósito de cerveza) , ya no me quedaron ganas de ver las casas. Ideal para la gente que busca una casa en medio del campo, cerca del SEMEFO y alejado de la ciudad, centros comerciales, escuelas, hospitales, sin transporte, sin drenaje sin agua, etc. ? CARECE de SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS como DRENAJE público y AGUA, ya que solo tienen un vertedero a una gran FOSA CÉPTICA a 100 mts. No tiene abasto de agua potable de parte del ayuntamiento (cuentan con una cisterna al lado del almacén que suerte los tinacos). Mucho maleante se ha apoderado de las casas deshabitadas. NO PERTENECE A CELAYA, PERTENECE AL AYUNTAMIENTO DE VILLAGRÁN. ES UN GRAN FRAUDE. OLD HOUSES were built since 2008, (I lived there and was defrauded). They only changed its name before it was called "Real del Palmar".
