C	Cliente De Paseo Cibeles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paseo Cibeles Residencial Morelia no cumple con lo que promete al momento de vender, ni la constructora, ni los vendedores toman con seriedad la entrega de las viviendas. Al día de hoy siguen ofreciendo casas en el fraccionamiento para vender, sin embargo no cumplen con las fechas de entrega que prometieron a sus clientes desde el año pasado, es muy molesto que den tantas fechas y no las cumplan. El desarrollo no cuenta aún con ninguno de los servicios que ofrecen al momento de vender la vivienda, aun así los siguen anunciando en sus diferentes medios de comunicación y publicidad impresa e Internet. El acceso controlado tampoco funciona, si está una caseta en la entrada, pero siempre está sola, puede entrar y salir la persona que sea y nadie le pide registrarse, eso hace que el Residencial no sea seguro. Le falta bastante al fraccionamiento para cumplir con todo lo que ofrecen al momento de vender, y por si fuera poco no hay seriedad en la fecha de entrega de las viviendas. Muy mal servicio y muy mala experiencia, no compren con ellos, por si fuera poco borran los comentarios que los clientes ponemos en su Facebook, en los cuales no los agredimos, solo les mencionamos la inconformidad por no cumplir con lo que prometen. NO COMPREN AHI. HAY MEJORES OPCIONES. La peor experiencia en compra de casa.
