После 20-часовой дороги из России хозяин этого комплекса отказался нас заселять и сказал чтобы мы проблему решали с Booking.com. Он нам сообщил, что мы якобы столкнулись с мошенничеством. Хотя, на Booking.com указан именно его номер телефона. Дом был забронирован заранее и оплачен! Он нас просто обманул и оставил на улице поздно вечером 01.01.2022 года. Мы так просто не оставим такого бессовестного и бестыжего поведения этого проходимца и обязательно обратимся в полицию Мексики через Министерство иностранных дел России. Таких мошенников нужно наказывать.
Booked a house in this complex for the New Year holidays from January 1, 2022 through Booking.com. After a 20-hour drive from Russia, the owner of this complex refused to move us in and told us to solve the problem with Booking.com. He told us that we were allegedly faced with fraud. Although, his phone number is listed on Booking.com. The house was booked in advance and paid for! He simply deceived us and left us on the street late in the evening on 01/01/2022. We will not just leave such a shameless and shameless behavior of this crook and will definitely contact the Mexican police through the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Such scammers need to be punished.

These homes are broken up in small congregations with amenities such as a community pool, community BBQ Pit along with security gates.
Very affordable housing and many of them are bought by investors for vacation rentals others are bought by locals that are starting new families.
