★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llego al area de atencion al cliente, el vigilante super amable, espero mi turno con el asesor de ventas, una super mala atencion no me mostro los prototipos por que no tenia tiempo, y me senti juzgado ya que menciono que para compra una casa ahi tienes que tener ingresos mensuales de $28000(veintiochomil) a $40000(cuarentamil), casi esa fue toda la conversacion di las gracias y me retire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el momento un poco arrepentido de haber iniciado mi proceso de compra venta con ellos, me pidieron una promesa de pago que por que ya me iban a entregar la casa a principios de enero o finales del mismo mes, y aunque la casa se adquirío en preventa, para pedir anticipos y enganches si son buenos pero para entregar no tanto, lo peor es que los asesores ya dejaron de responder las llamadas, y cuando todavía me contestaban lo lo único que hacían es darte largas, como en su contrato dice que lo que diste de apartado no es reembolsable pues al final ya no le pierden si la final les cancelas , una empresa con tantos años de experiencia y con personal tan poco profesional,

Gestión social puede pasar más de 10 días cuando recibes tu casa y no hay contacto. Y para rematar, los vicios ocultos, garantías trabaja en horario burocrático sin importar que existen eventos que pueden poner el riesgo la salud de los habitantes con un riesgo sanitario por drenajes tapados. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó mi casa, pero para los que piensan comprar en avenida, es de pensarse ya que por las noches pasan unos chicos en moto que hacen bastante ruido y los Parques están ocupados por ellos, además de que pasan fumando mariguana y alta velocidad.
