I have been living quietly in this subdivision for 3 years, the walks are so enjoyed, it is true that the main access is not there for the safety of the inhabitants and visitors. We have water, electricity and security. Recommended for family living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ este fracc. solamente se iva a urbanizar y ya tiene diez años el fracc. desafortunadamente no cuenta con AGUA POTABLE, NO ESTA CONECTADO EL DRENAJE A LA RED PUBLICA y no se ha CONSTRUIDO LA AV. PRINCIPAL como acceso al fracc.
actualmente la entrada al fracc. es un camino de terraceria de un solo carril como entrada y salida de los vehiculos y se encuentra lleno de escombro hacia un costado del camino apesar de que ya hay aprox 40 familias viviendo en el fracc.
this fracc. it is only going to urbanize and the fracc is already ten years old. Unfortunately it does not have DRINKING WATER, THE DRAINAGE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE PUBLIC NETWORK and THE AV has not been BUILT. PRINCIPAL as access to the fracc.
currently the entrance to the fracc. It is a dirt road with a single lane for the entrance and exit of vehicles and it is full of rubble towards the side of the road despite the fact that there are already approximately 40 families living in the fracc.
