★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple vista llama la atención por dar la impresión de ser de lo más "nice" que puedas esperar de Infonavit, tiene barda perimetral y parece fraccionamiento privado, una vez que estás adentro, te das cuenta que se trata de un fraccionamiento más donde venden casas que parecen jaulas ? están súper pequeñas 6x15 es EL TERRENO, obvio la casa tiene menos extensión, son de dos pisos, en la planta baja está la sala-comedor-cocina ? y una puerta hacia el "patio", la escalera hacia la planta superior es de metal y madera (no se ve nada durable pero les sirve a ellos para dar la ilusión de mayor espacio en la planta inferior), la planta superior se conforma por dos habitaciones y el baño, el baño queda frente a la escalera, las habitaciones a los costados del baño, ambas son del mismo tamaño pero la que supone ser la principal tiene una ventana ENORME, que normalmente sería una puerta al balcón pero ese balcón no existe, está excelente si se te ocurre aventarte una vez que te das cuenta que invertiste medio millón de pesos en la casa y 30 años de tu vida en pagar con intereses algo así. ?
Por cierto... El patio es mínimo, de hecho, inexistente porque a fuerza van a caber la lavadora y secadora o centro de lavado y después tendrás que techar para conservar tus aparatos.
