★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una zona muy linda para vivir con blvd amplios con alta seguridad y mucha tranquilidad es una zona muy recomendable para vivir con áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas y alumbradas el único inconveniente que podría tener es el transporte publico.
A very nice area to live with large blvd with high security and a lot of tranquility is a highly recommended area to live with green areas very well maintained and lighted the only inconvenience that could have is public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para vivir. Es tranquilo con buenos accesos o vías de entrada y salida al fraccionamiento. Cuenta con todo lo necesario en cuanto a comida se refiere desde centro comercial, restaurantes, lugares de postres, llaneras, tiendas departamentales, farmacias, boutiques, estéticas y un sin fin de establecimientos mas. A final de cuentas tiene todo al alcance de la mano y así mismo a sus alrededores también son lugares muy equipados. Logísticamente hablando cuenta con lo necesario para iniciar un negocio pues es un punto estratégico en la ciudad, sin duda alguna uno de los lugares residenciales más propicios en la ciudad de Culiacán.
Very nice place to live. It is quiet with good access or entry and exit routes to the subdivision. It has everything you need in terms of food from a shopping center, restaurants, dessert places, plains, department stores, pharmacies, boutiques, aesthetics and an endless number of other establishments. At the end of the day it has everything at your fingertips and likewise its surroundings are also well equipped places. Logistically speaking, it has what it takes to start a business as it is a strategic point in the city, undoubtedly one of the most favorable residential places in the city of Culiacán.
