M	Mr. Flyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El túnel de minería es un interesante callejón debajo de las avenidas del centro de Durango, que fungió como pasadizo entre las iglesias y templos más importantes de la época. Hoy día ha sido restaurado para ser un túnel didáctico en el que se dan las explicaciones relacionadas con la industria minera del estado de Durango. El inicio del recorrido es la explicación del mapa del estado y los diversos tipos de minerales que logran extraerse de sus minas, así como la ubicación geográfica de cada una de estas. Posteriormente inicia el recorrido a lo largo de 300 metros de longitud y a 10 metros aprox. debajo de la ciudad en donde se pueden observar grandes piedras de distintos minerales y materiales extraídos en la región, así como algunas de las herramientas utilizadas en las minas desde el siglo XIX. El recorrido dura aproximadamente unos 30 minutos y lo que más recomiendo es tomarlo con un guía que aporte las explicaciones del sitio y con donaciones voluntarias. Un excelente sitio para visitar con la familia y disfrutar de la historía minera de Durango. Nowadays it has been restored to be a didactic tunnel in which the explanations related to the mining industry of the state of Durango are given. Luis Horacio Talamante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar subterráneo, hay mucha información que uno debe de empaparse para entender el gran trabajo que hicieron hace muchísimos años y lo siguen haciendo actualmente los mineros de nuestro país, sus esfuerzos, las máquinas y herramientas que utilizaron para sacar los minerales, toda una gran enseñanza. Vale mucho la pena visitar dicho museo. La entrada está en la Plaza de Armas, ahí están las escaleras para el subterráneo.
