Please fix the entrances the streets are in terrible condition with many potholes and it doesn't seem like a residential area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es Lugar bien ubicado que conecta pachuca con las principales vías de transporte, tiene salida rápida al df al centro de Pachuca y arco al norte, el próximo aeropuerto sera de fácil llegada desde ese lugar, me llamo la atención que saliendo de fraccionamiento hay una unidad de inteligencia de la policía por lo que supongo es un lugar seguro, enfrente también esta un edificio gubernamental, también note que a un costado esta una terminal de ado supongo que esta ahi precisamente por la buena ubicación, también afuera hay una estación del tuzobus, en el primer filtro no hay casas tan lindas pero en las privadas del segundo filtro hay casas muy bonitas y cada vez constituyen mejores, lo que pienso hará subir la plusvalía, estuve buscando un lugar tranquilo en pachuca bien comunicado y no encontré lugar mejor en cuanto a vías de transporte se refiere, seguro existen mejores fraccionamientos con mejores casas, pero estoy seguro que este es de los mejores si no es que el mejor en cuanto a vías de transporte se refiere, solo por esa razón me anime a invertir ahí y ojala sirva de algo mi opinión
It is a well-located place that connects Pachuca with the main transportation routes, has a quick exit to the center of Pachuca and arches to the north, the next airport will be easy to arrive from that place, it caught my attention that leaving the subdivision there is a unit of intelligence of the police so I suppose it is a safe place, there is also a government building in front of it, I also noticed that on one side is a terminal of ado I suppose it is there precisely because of the good location, there is also a tuzobus station outside, In the first filter there are not so beautiful houses but in the private ones of the second filter there are very beautiful houses and each time they are getting better, which I think will increase the capital gain, I was looking for a quiet place in Pachuca well connected and I did not find a better place Transport routes are concerned, surely there are better subdivisions with better houses, but I'm sure this is one of the best if not the best in terms of views transport ace is concerned, just for that reason I was encouraged to invest there and hopefully my opinion will be of use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha seguridad pero fui a visitar a una familiar y resultó que abrieron mi camioneta y me robaron dos celulares pedimos que checaran las cámaras pero al parecer no se ve en el ángulo en donde estaba estacionada
A lot of security but I went to visit a family member and it turned out that they opened my truck and stole two cell phones from me, we asked them to check the cameras but apparently you can't see it at the angle where it was parked
