★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo compré en Prados Residencial de la misma constructora Aryve, estaba muy contenta porque la constructora me entregó en tiempo y forma, pero ya al habitar la casa me fui dando cuenta del material con el que están construidas, instalaciones eléctricas mal puestas, muros compartidos de todos lados, si el de a lado ve su TV todo se escucha, y así pudiera hacer una lista enorme de todas las fallas, lo peor fue ayer que hubo una alarma por fuga de gas, el cual nos desalojaron pero el camión de bomberos No pudo accesar al condominio por la reja de caseta ya que el espacio está mal diseñado y no hay el suficiente espacio para una emergencia de ese índole, al parecer no fue algo de que lamentar pero si hubiera sido lo contrario ni como solucionar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si muy Bonita la presentación pero conforme pasan los días vas viendo las fallas en la construcción, grietas interiores en las casas, en las bardas y en las canchas de básquet. Y no quieren hacerse cargo de los gastos en que se tiene que reparar, aparte que no hacen buenas instalaciones de luz de megacable y ni les interesa entregar a municipio para no arreglar las fallas, que porque no tienen dinero. Una constructora que sigue haciendo casas vendiendo a nuevos clientes que no se percatan de las fallas a simple vista hasta que ya.vivien ahí.
