★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues fuimos a visitarlos y mi hermano ya compro casa ahi pero yo ya no decidi seguir adelante con el tramite por que se la entregaron y les dicen que esta muy seguro de su instalacion eléctrica y todo ese tipo de cosas y es mentira y como cuando te la entregan no tienen luz como calas todo... obviamente te das cuenta hasta que haces el contrato de luz de que no esta nisiquiera conectado todo bien en lugares de la casa no hay luz y en otros si, les dices pero como ya uno pone chapas mas seguras o protecciones ya no se quieren hacer cargo el ingeniero de la constructora ni los de javer tampoco por que ya no tiene garantia,muy mala experiencia la verdad
Well, we went to visit them and my brother already bought a house there but I no longer decided to go ahead with the process because they gave it to him and they tell them that he is very sure of his electrical installation and all that kind of thing and it's a lie and how when they deliver it they don't have electricity like coves everything... obviously you realize until you make the electricity contract that everything is not even connected well in places of the house there is no light and in others yes, you tell them but as one already says Safer plates or protections no longer want to take charge of the construction company's engineer nor those of javer either because they no longer have a guarantee, a very bad experience indeed
