I'm not racist or classist but this place is sadly one of the most crooked corners of the city, the people are the worst... Scandalous, dirty, abusive... it's sad because the developer maintains the streets very well but the people it's a real headache

Safe area, well designed to transit. It has both open and closed spaces, green areas and all the basic commercial services. There is a great supply of prepared food. Generally pleasant environment, but noisy and with garbage accumulation areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is far away from downtown but it has buses that run routes to connect you almost everywhere and are very cheap. The area is clean and very calm. Mostly families and working people live in this neighborhood. You can sometimes hear little kids at night playing safely. There's also easy accessibility to food as there are a lot of small businesses around especially at night. There is even a multi plaza being constructed. Once you can get over the distance this is the perfect place to live.
