La experiencia vale totalmente te la pena, creemos que conocimos una gran cantidad de lugares y que el tour es muy muy completo, los lugares son maravillosos e increíbles y no te tienes que preocupar por nada más que por disfrutar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general buen servicio, solo que el día que íbamos a visitar los pueblos indígenas llego1.05 hr tarde y el día que íbamos a palenque nos citaron a las 3.00am y el chofer llegó 4.14 am que porque no les habían informado , y por esos detalles , les afecta el servicio .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien en cuanto al hotel, desayunos, traslados de aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, los tours la verdad me gustaron mucho, el único inconveniente fue el día de palenque, el guía operador fue muy grosero y no explicaba muy bien, nos levanto la voz en varias ocasiones a todos los que íbamos en el tour, no quería llevar a quienes se quedaban en Palenque a su hotel, en fin, el guía operador fue pésimo y en general es la única queja del todo.
Pero otros guías fueron super amables y atentos, así que solo se lo atribuyó a qué ese guía operador en específico era el del mal genio.
Les recomiendo hacer los tours con la agencia, el precio muy bien, pagas lo que vale.

He spoke on several occasions to all of us who went on the tour, he did not want to take those who stayed in Palenque to their hotel, in short, the guide operator was terrible and in general it is the only complaint at all.
But other guides were super nice and attentive, so he just put it down to the fact that that specific guide operator was the short-tempered one.
I recommend doing the tours with the agency, the price is very good, you pay what it is worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottmar, el organizador del tour que nos atendió majísimo. Un 10 de persona y siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Nos organizó un tour de 4 días completamente personalizado a lo que buscábamos. Los conductores de las furgonetas también genial, muy simpáticos y fiables en su conducción. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la noche en el campamento lacandón (CAMPAMENTOP YA TOCH). No por el lugar en sí (que era precioso), sino por la gente que allí vivía. La comida pésima y escasa. Presumen de ser ecológicos y de respetar la fauna, pero vimos como varios perros famélicos eran apaleados mientras "cenábamos". Si no te gusta ver sufrir animales y pasar hambre, no recomiendo a nadie alojarse en ese lugar. Preguntar por otros ecohoteles.

If you do not like to see animals suffer and go hungry, I do not recommend anyone to stay in that place. Ask about other eco-hotels.
