Pasión Por Chiapas - 29250 San Cristóbal de las Casas

Buenas tardes, viajeros de todos lados, el día de hoy comentaré mi experiencia con esta agencia de viajes, pasión por Chiapas, mi calificación es meramente para el servicio de los guías y choferes que prestan el servicio. El día de ayer nos atendió Eduardo el cual tiene un mal manejo de la unidad en cuestión de la explicación regular ya que parecía que le molestaba que le preguntarás sobre temas de Chiapas y el día de hoy Homero el cual el servicio no fue de lo más grato, se quedó sin gasolina, quedamos varados en la carretera saliendo de un pueblo a otro, las explicaciones en el trayecto son niñas a fuerzas te dan el servicio, uno como turista va a conocer costumbres de tu país, no a criticar o verlo como raro lo digo a mi parecer, pero en fin creo que se tiene un área de oportunidad enorme para con los choferes. Unos españoles traían queja tras queja de igual manera los demás que estában pero no lo externamos ahí porque el medio de contacto es con la agencia.

Todo super a excepción del hotel la antigua la habitación con mucha humedad mal olor a pesar de que hay mucha limpieza. la atención es muy buena todos muy amables muy puntuales en los traslados.

Reserve con ellos porque mi hermana me los recomendó y a decir verdad, fue de las mejores experiencias qué he tenido. Muy profesionales en todo momento y mi asesor Adán, muy atento y amable, siempre al pendiente en todo momento, preguntando si necesitábamos algo y dando tips para nuestras próximas visitas. Volveré a viajar con ellos, super recomendado!

We were switched between vans unexpectedly and moved to an overcrowded van. My partner and I were stuck in a painful position in the bus for two hours--and the bus driver disregarded our request for help. The van driver drove dangerously, stopping in the middle of the highway. We were 3 meters from a very bad accident, caused by stopping in the middle of the highway.

They only looking for money , no tour guide and not enough space for passengers and crazy driver. Overall bad service

We had a less than great experience with Pasión por Chipas. The van that picked us up from the airport broke down. The driver was not surprised and had the expression that this happens frequently. They had to call another van to come pick us up from the side of a road on a mountain. When we arrived to the hotel they switched us to a crappier hotel and said the original hotel was overbooked. After complaining they admitted that the made the hotel reservations for the wrong month in error! They wanted to compensate us by giving us an additional tour which we did not even had time for. After complaining we finally got switched to our correct hotel 2 days later. The bus drivers are in a hurry and not professional. The day we needed to leave a van came and did not have enough space for our party of 5 and said they were only told we had 2. This company is not organized and tends to mess up everything. The events them self were nice but rushed. The vans are also small and packed full of people where you have no room to breath. This was not a stress free experience and I can not recommend Pasión por Chipas.

Excellent experience with this tour company. We booked the Sumidero Canyon tour and it was spectacular.

We did several tours with them. Can recommend: Pueblas indigenas & Cañón Sumidero We also went to Palenque, Yaxchilan + Selva and if we can believe what this agency told us, they don't have very good cars, because first the engine broke and when the replacement wanted to come for us, they had a flat tyre. So in the end we waited several hours in the sun with tons of mosquitos. On the next day, the aircon in the car was broken (at almost 40°C). A financial apology in the form of a meal was promised but we never received that.
