 I ordered 2 pasta a moment ago & the styrofoam of one of them came broken so all the chipotle of the pasta was spilled in the bag :(

Voy a hacer breve: Tenia ya hace tiempo pidiendo de este lugar, normalmente un pedido relativamente proximo tardaba de 1 hr a 1:30 hr, ya que no esta tan lejos de la zona donde vivo. El dia de hoy pido a las 7:30 PM y nos dicen que tardara un aproximado de 60 min. a lo cual accedi, prepare todo por San Valentin para una cena ? y VAYA SORPRESA, PASARON 2 HORAS Y MEDIA CASI 3 HRS en la cual el pedido nunca llego, nunca supieron que responderme… me decian “tu pedido llega en 15 min.”, “el repartidor esta cerca” “el repartidor ya esta informado y esta cerca del domicilio”… al final tuve que decirles que ya no quería nada pues ya eran las 22:40 Pm… de verdad este tipo de lugares empiezan bien y con esto que hacen ya sabes que es lo que va a pasar… ??

I'll make it brief: I've been ordering from this place for a long time, normally a relatively close order would take from 1 hour to 1:30, since it's not that far from the area where I live. Today I order at 7:30 PM and they tell us that it will take approximately 60 minutes. To which I agreed, I prepared everything for Valentine's Day for a dinner ? and WHAT A SURPRISE, 2 AND A HALF HOURS PASSED ALMOST 3 HRS in which the order never arrived, they never knew what to answer me... they told me "your order arrives in 15 min." , "the delivery man is nearby" "the delivery man is already informed and is close to the address"... in the end I had to tell them that I didn't want anything anymore because it was already 10:40 pm... really these types of places start well and with this what are they doing, you already know what is going to happen… ??

Mi favorita es la pasta al "olio" (no sé si quisieron ponerle "óleo") con cacahuate.
El pan con ajo es suave, esponjoso y delicioso.
Son muy amables al atenderte y tienen buenas promociones.
Se puede ordenar desde fb también.
