Desafortunadamente me he topado con un par de personas con una atención y actitud que deja mucho que desear. Ojalá puedan mejorar ese aspecto, en especial la señorita de esta sucursal. Pregunté si tenían pastel de X tamaño a lo que groseramente simplemente me dijo que no. Cosa que no es cierto ya que he visto pasteles individuales antes y simplemente con la actitud más espantosa me dijeron que no manejan. Le pido al dueño que cheque como atienden sus empleados. The best cakes in Puebla are very tasty, of a good size and at a very good price. Unfortunately I have come across a couple of people with a care and attitude that leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully they can improve that aspect, especially the lady from this branch. I asked if they had X size cake which they rudely just said no. Which is not true as I've seen individual cakes before and just with the scariest attitude they told me they don't handle. I ask the owner to check how his employees attend.

Ojalá no sea la dueña porque si no fuera porque están buenos los productos quien sabe que sería. Si leen mi reseña les recomiendo otro lugar el que sea menos ese uno va por un gusto o por darle un gusto a alguien y te quitan el gusto de todo les arruinara su tardea persona quien atiende It's horrible, don't go, the person who attends is bitter, she's angry, she always attends to you only because they pay her lousy service... I hope she's not the owner because if it weren't because the products are good, who knows what it would be. If you read my review I recommend another place that is less that one goes for a taste or to give someone a treat and they take away the taste of everything it will ruin their afternoon to the person who attends

En la entrada había un banco, entré y la señora amargada me gritó “NO PUEDES PASAR, ¿QUE NO VES?” y lo demás fue un trato súper grosero y yo ni le dije nada. Yo creo que el respeto no nos cuesta nada y hay formas de decir las cosas, ademas uno no va a adivinar que sí ponen un mini banco no se puede entrar. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ I have never been to a place where they were so RUDE. At the entrance there was a bench, I went in and the bitter lady yelled at me "YOU CAN'T PASS, WHAT DON'T YOU SEE?" and the rest was a super rude treatment and I didn't even say anything to him. I believe that respect does not cost us anything and there are ways of saying things, besides one is not going to guess that if they put a mini bench you cannot enter. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️
