Tienen gelatinas riquísimas, pero no siempre, no entiendo porqué.
Lo único que sugeriría a la pastelería es que evitara combinar masa tipo pay en los pasteles para mí no es agradable. Les sugiero seguir con pan en los pasteles porque son muy ricos y creo que muy bien lo dominan. Pero en eso de pay...ni recomiendo su sabor ni la combinación.
The cakes are very tasty, they are not cloying because they are not so sweet but they are fresh. In general I recommend them.
They have delicious jellies, but not always, I don't understand why.
The only thing I would suggest to the pastry shop is that they avoid combining pie-type dough in the cakes, for me it is not pleasant. I suggest you continue with bread in the cakes because they are very rich and I think they master it very well. But when it comes to pie ... neither do I recommend its flavor nor the combination.
