I bought a chocolate horn... Note that the flour does not have the same quality, it looks very pale, it has a bolillo-like flavor... I ate it with a chai latte This one was good

It's nice, until you go in the early hours of the morning looking for a little bread for your coffee and when you get home you realize that it is old bread, from the day before, it seems, because it tastes hard and dry. Wrong, they should warn that it is "cold bread" and, or not sell it, or offer it at a price that is similar to the quality, since the sale is the same as if it were fresh bread and it is not at all.

Excelente experiencia.
Carrot cake was delicious. With a cold American coffee without sugar it was perfect. We celebrated an impromptu birthday and were provided with plates and forks. We also bought candles on the spot and the staff was very friendly. Excellent experience.

Very rude to me just because I am foreign. Made me feel very unwelcome even though I tried my best and apologized for my poor Spanish (which they ignored and didn't respond to). They smiled for everyone else but for me they frowned and shouted. Not coming here again

Four stars is an appropriate rating for this place, both in terms of service and food. We usually buy our baguettes here, and many of the pastries, such as the chocolate croissants, are far above average by Mexico City standards, although not quite the level of a French patisserie. The sandwiches are good if they are fresh, but like many places in Mexico, they have a habit of leaving them in the box with the lettuce and tomatoes until everything turns to mush. The cakes are quite expensive but usually worth their price. As to the service, it's gotten better recently, although they still often don't have change (you can pay with card) and like to put their bread away an hour before they close. They also have the irritating habit of running out of things, so if you want to make sure your baguette will be there, go around 11am. Finally, I would not recommend buying coffee here. That said, for a neighborhood bakery/café, it's quite nice.
