★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención pésima en la pastelería de Caucel la Sra q atiende no es nada amable si estamos en pandemia debería entrar una persona por familia y a lo mucho 2 o 3 clientes dentro pero esta señora mete al cliente con el marido y sus dos hijos y estaban haciendo un pedido y la sra no se decidía q pastel y luego cambio de decisión y todos los clientes q vamos a comprar un pastel q tiene en existencia nos tiene afuera a esperar más de 40 min si le dices algoa la q atiende se enoja y te dice q esperes afuera y la vemos q esta platicando y a las grandes risas con los sres. Muy grosera. Nada atenta. Debería la dueña o dueño de la pastelería organizarse y los pedidos hacerlos o de otra forma debería poner a 2 personas atender o hablan con su personal q no se pongan a platicar y cotorrear y agilizar la venta. Nunca me había pasado en ninguna de las sucursales pero en la q tengo cerca de mi casa es pésima en atención.
Terrible attention in the Caucel pastry shop, the lady who attends is not friendly at all if we are in a pandemic, one person per family should enter and at most 2 or 3 clients inside but this lady puts the client with her husband and her two children and they were doing a order and the lady did not decide what cake and then change of decision and all the clients that we are going to buy a cake that she has in stock has us outside to wait more than 40 min if you say something to the one she attends she gets angry and tells you that Wait outside and we see her that she is already talking about the great laughter with the srs. Very rude. Nothing attentive. The owner of the bakery should organize herself and make the orders or otherwise, she should have 2 people attend or speak with her staff who do not start talking and chatting and speed up the sale. It had never happened to me in any of the branches but the one that I have near my house is lousy in attention.
