★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pasteles muy ricos, pero en esa sucursal tienen poco surtido. Y nunca se encuentra lo que uno quiere. Lo bueno es que la atención de la encargarda es muy atenta y busca soluciones, como que te lleven el pastel a tu casa, aunque sea con varias horas después.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben mal los pasteles, pero ya no son lo de antes. Me da la impresión de que están en decadencia. Hace un año compré un pastel y venía con un empaque tipo bodega Aurrera que dejaba mucho que desear, sin inmovilizador para evitar que con el movimiento se golpeara y dañará con las paredes. Me quejé pero siguen igual. En el Globo hasta por un panecito con crema pastelera me dan caja. Este año compré un tiramisú. No sabía mal pero en definitiva no era un tiramisú. Creo que no son cosas que una pastelería de prestigio (y con esos precios) como Aranzazu se deba permitir. Creo que ya no volveré.
Pastries do not taste bad, but they are not what they used to be. It seems to me that they are in decline. A year ago I bought a cake and it came with an Aurrera cellar type packaging that left much to be desired, without an immobilizer to prevent it from hitting and damaging the walls with the movement. I complained but they are still the same. At the Globe they even give me a box for a roll with pastry cream. This year I bought a tiramisu. It didn't taste bad but it was definitely not a tiramisu. I think they are not things that a prestigious patisserie (and with those prices) like Aranzazu should be allowed. I don't think I will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 31 de diciembre fui a la pastelería Aranzazu por un pastel y solo tenían de puros 3 leches y hay gente mayor de la tercera edad que no come tanto dulce, nos dio la impresión que les dio miedo soñar en grande y no hacer más pequeños y más sabores. Se limitaron en producir y más en estas fechas tan importantes. Nos fuimos muy decepcionados ya que su prestigio ya no es el mejor. Les dio MIEDO creer en su empresa. Dios los bendiga y ojala mejoren su servicio.
Today, December 31, I went to the Aranzazu bakery for a cake and they only had 3 milk cigars and there are elderly people who don't eat so much sweets, we got the impression that they were afraid to dream big and not make smaller ones and more flavors. They limited themselves in producing and more on these important dates. We left very disappointed as its prestige is no longer the best. They were SCARED to believe in your company.
