★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un pastel para bodas de oro sin haber ido nunca antes a esta pastelería, y resultó una muy agradable sorpresa. El pan estaba suave y delicioso, el relleno tenía muchos duraznos, el chantilly no era empalagoso. Muchos invitados dijeron que estaba muy rico. El único pero que le pongo, es que el adorno era muy sencillo, pero en general, muy muy bien. ?
We bought a gold wedding cake without ever going to this bakery before, and it was a very pleasant surprise. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me lleve un mal sabor de boca con esta pastelería, fue un pastel personalizado el cual me entregaron con un nombre equivocado, le hice el comentario a la señorita del turno de la mañana y lo reportó al instante, a lo cual sólo le dijeron que lo arreglara ella y que se comunicarían conmigo para supuestamente “reparar el daño“; ésto no pasó, no me llamron! La señorita intentó arreglar el detalle que no le correspondía pues este pastel vino desde la sucursal donde los laboran y aunque no fue un buen arreglo su intención se agradece, ojalá se lo tomen en cuenta. Al partir mi pastel de "tres leches" hiper seco, y solo partido por la mitad pero no le metieron ningún relleno, a lo cuál este pastel de 3 leches vainilla llevaría relleno de crema y esto no fue así, su betún nada que ver con los que tienen en mostrador.
Muy caro para lo que fue, mala experiencia a excepción de la atención de la señorita que me atendió en mostrador.
I had a bad taste in my mouth with this pastry, it was a personalized cake which they gave me with a wrong name, I made the comment to the lady of the morning shift and she reported it instantly, to which they only told her that it was fix it and that they would contact me to supposedly "repair the damage"; This did not happen, they did not call me! The lady tried to fix the detail that did not correspond to her because this cake came from the branch where they are made and although it was not a good arrangement, her intention is appreciated, I hope they take it into account. When I split my hyper dry "tres leches" cake, and only split in half but they did not put any filling, to which this vanilla 3 milk cake would be filled with cream and this was not the case, its bitumen had nothing to do with the ones they have on the counter.
Very expensive for what it was, bad experience except for the attention of the young lady who attended me at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La plaza donde se ubica esta sucursal es pequeña, y su estacionamiento también, pero lo más importante es, que sí tiene espacio de estacionamiento frente a la sucursal. El trato de las chicas que te atienden es muy amable, y sus pasteles son muy buenos, son ricos, bonitos y muy frescos, no se pierdan el de mango con limón, esa combinación es especial, y el pan de muerto (cuando está de temporada) también es muy bueno, porque tiene un muy rico y agradable sabor y olor a naranja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pastel que compramos muy rico. El problema fue el servicio. Pedí un pastel para 30 personas con entrega a domicilio. La señorita que me tomó la orden aseguró que estaría en el sitio a las 6 a más tardar. Cuando pago me dicen que a las 8 pm. Les dije que respetaran el acuerdo por favor, pues me habían asegurado otra hora. Me dicen que sí y fue una mentira. Mi pastel llegó 8:30 cuando ya se habían retirado algunos invitados. Y lo peor, nadie se hace responsable. La señorita del turno de la tarde sin criterio solo se dedicó a decir que no era su responsabilidad pero jamás me comunicó con alguien que me atendiera. Pésima experiencia. Fue este 2 de Abril. No vuelvo a comprar ahí.
