★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un excelente servicio a excepción de la señora del mostrador que ni te voltea a ver cuando estás preguntando algo, no te da detalles ni te ofrece opciones, ni siquiera me supo decir para cuántas personas alcanzaba un pastel, mejor tuvo la atención el propio chef que estaba al otro lado y escuchó lo que yo necesitaba, me ofreció lo que buscaba. Fuera de eso llegó otra señora que también fue muy amable y me llevaron el pastel a domicilio con mucha amabilidad. Sus pasteles son deliciosos. Recomiendo el sabor y la presentación impecable. Sugiero cambien a la de mostrador o den capacitación ya que les va a hacer perder clientela, si no fuera por el chef tan amable yo no hubiera regresado.
They gave me excellent service except for the lady at the counter who does not turn to see you when you are asking something, does not give you details or offer you options, she could not even tell me how many people would reach a cake, the best was the attention herself Chef who was on the other side and listened to what I needed, offered me what I was looking for. Apart from that, another lady arrived who was also very kind and they delivered the cake to my home with great kindness. Their cakes are delicious. I recommend the taste and the impeccable presentation. I suggest you change to the counter or give training as it will make you lose customers, if it weren't for the friendly chef I would not have returned.

Excellent cakes, it really shows the quality of the ingredients they use. I had my reservations but I was delighted, apart from the good attention they give in person or by phone. I highly recommend them!
