Pastelería Cary fue fundada en julio de 1999 como una empresa familiar, contando para entonces con una sucursal en la colonia la Blanca, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Edo Méx; donde todo el proceso estaba a cargo de 2 trabajadores.

Pastelería Cary es una repostería fina dedicada a la elaboración de postres dulces con la más alta variedad. Sus inicios fueron con los postres tradicionales como son los pasteles 3 leches, moka, selva negra entre otros. la constante capacitación y profesionalismo fueron pieza clave para crear la gama alta de postres Cary, como son el pastel 5 chocolates, kínder Delice y Delicia de Chocolate.

A lo largo de estos años, se han abierto éxitosamente cada vez más sucursales, para llegar a todos los clientes de fino paladar, pues la elegancia, calidad y servicio, es lo que los distingue.

Compré un pastel, mitad "piñón" mitad chocolate dónde ambos solo sabían súper dulces. Algo así como las aguas del chavo, que es de piñón pero en realidad sabe a pura azúcar y es de color rosa. Pan súper compacto y pequeño, súper dulce. Por el precio preferible otros lugares, nunca voy a volver a este lugar y no lo recomiendo. HUYE A OTRA PASTELERÍA, está ya solo es nombre.
