★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente se sucito un accidente que se pudo evitar por parte de la Pastelería, esto fue a las 3pm ahorita saliendo baja un señor el escalón hacia área estacionamiento y un pozo tapado con agua; obvio no lo vio y se cayó fuertemente aparte su pastel estropeado y la encargada que no era su culpa que era responsabilidad de los de la plaza y solo se limito a poner un cartón por favor DUEÑOS PASTELERÍA CATY INCLUYAN EN SUS PROTOCOLOS UNA CLAUSULA EN ESOS CASOS , CERO EMPATÍA DE LA ENCARGADA. Y TODAVÍA MANDA AL SEÑOR QUE VAYA CON LOS DE LA PLAZA RECLAMARLES Y SIGUIÓ CON LOS DEMAS CLIENTES. ÉL POBRE SR. COJEANDO. MUY MALA REACCIÓN DE SU PERSONAL . Por DETALLES COMO ESOS SE PIERDEN CLIENTES.
Sadly there was an accident that could have been avoided by the Bakery, this was at 3pm right now a man was going down the steps towards the parking area and a well covered with water; obviously he didn't see it and his spoiled cake fell hard aside and the manager said it wasn't his fault that it was the responsibility of those in the square and he just put a cardboard please OWNERS CATY PASTRY SHOP, INCLUDE A CLAUSE IN THEIR PROTOCOLS IN THOSE CASES , ZERO EMPATHY OF THE MANAGER. AND HE STILL SEND THE LORD TO GO WITH THOSE IN THE PLAZA TO CLAIM THEM AND CONTINUED WITH THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. HE POOR MR. LIMPING. VERY BAD REACTION FROM YOUR STAFF. FOR DETAILS LIKE THESE CUSTOMERS ARE LOST.
