The Garza Sada branch does not have good signage. On Sunday the 20th I made two laps from Alfonso Reyes to Sendero Sur to find it, I had to cross the pedestrian bridge to get there and I was barely stepping into the parking lot right at 6:00 pm, the seller closed the door, a lady had just left there. He came to the door and I ask him to take care of me, I just wanted a cake for my mom and my sister and he refused. Right at 6:00 pm, I showed him my watch and he said that it would no longer open, I told him that I had problems locating it and the truth is that he didn't even want to turn to see me. I know that I arrived a few seconds after six, their closing time, but the truth is, what little vocation for service. He was a beggar, a 50-peso cake, so he gave it to me and I gave him the bill and that was it. The truth made us bitter on Sunday. I have nothing against pastry, but what a motherfucker. I had never been there until April 11, which was my brother's birthday. I was excited to buy a good and delicious cake and I was surprised that the employee was worth pure mother to us (because I went with my mother) we were there. As for the cake, we bought a diplomat, he was tasty and not so sweet. The pastry shop is good, good prices, accessible and rich cakes but the quality of the service should improve it.

To be the first time I visited this branch, it was very good. Excellent treatment by the staff (I will generalize this time although it was more than one person). I am one of those undecided clients, who does not like to be offered something to take away and in this case it was to get more personalized options according to what you describe ... Super upset about the lack of reliability in the business. I placed my order 4 days in advance for May 10th and paid for it and called for confirmation and one day before the event at 8pm they told me that my order was rejected by the business and that it would be refunded in 10 days. Where the hell am I going to get another cake right now!! They had 3 days to tell me or the same day I called and until now it occurs to them that they can't give me the service?!?! How unprofessional! ?
