A finales de los años 1800 fue fundado San Rafael, Veracruz por unos franceses provenientes de Champlitte, Francia ubicado en la región "Haute-Saône". Dentro de las tradiciones que se han conservado hasta nuestras fechas están el gusto por la buena comida y el buen sabor. Hace 36 años el fundador de los que hoy es Pastelería Champlitte, inició con su primer establecimiento en donde se creaban los mejores postres y pasteles, siempre conservando los sabores y la calidad de la Cultura Francesa. En la búsqueda de nuevos horizontes Pastelería Champlitte llega al Puerto de Veracruz para traer consigo nuestas delicias como los Tutis, Rosca de Nata, Cubiletes y Pasteles que nos hicieron famosos por su mezcla única entre la Repostería Francesa y la Veracruzana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pastel helado de Oreo, nada recomendable, muy feo deberían de probar los dueños sus pasteles o tener control de calidad ya que es pura crema chantilly congelada y el pan de chocolate sabía a tierra, fue una decepción haber llevado este "pastel" al cumpleaños de mi hija que hasta me la refrescó. Me arrepiento de haber comprado ahí esta vez, mejor malo por conocido y nunca nos falla la zarza.
The Oreo ice cream cake, not recommended, very ugly the owners should try their cakes or have quality control since it is pure frozen chantilly cream and the chocolate bread tasted like earth, it was a disappointment to have brought this "cake" to the birthday of my daughter who even refreshed her. I regret having bought there this time, better bad for acquaintance and the bush never fails us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no se los recomiendo, nada que ver lo que ofrecen con lo que consumes. Pedí uno personalizado con betún de queso, obviamente me cobraron 70 pesos mas, me dieron crema batida. Lo reporte y nada más me sobrellevaron.
I honestly do not recommend them, nothing to do with what they offer with what you consume. I asked for a personalized one with cheese frosting, obviously they charged me 70 pesos more, they gave me whipped cream. I reported it and nothing else coped with me.
