A finales de los años 1800 fue fundado San Rafael, Veracruz por unos franceses provenientes de Champlitte, Francia ubicado en la región "Haute-Saône". Dentro de las tradiciones que se han conservado hasta nuestras fechas están el gusto por la buena comida y el buen sabor. Hace 36 años el fundador de los que hoy es Pastelería Champlitte, inició con su primer establecimiento en donde se creaban los mejores postres y pasteles, siempre conservando los sabores y la calidad de la Cultura Francesa. En la búsqueda de nuevos horizontes Pastelería Champlitte llega al Puerto de Veracruz para traer consigo nuestas delicias como los Tutis, Rosca de Nata, Cubiletes y Pasteles que nos hicieron famosos por su mezcla única entre la Repostería Francesa y la Veracruzana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan es bueno y los tamales también, solo que las empleadas, se burlan de las personas mayores cuando entran a comprar y preguntan. Deberían cambiar al personal femenino, los caballeros demostraron más atención al cliente y educación a los consumidores. Lastima porque es buen pan, pero hay otras panaderías y pastelerías de prestigio en Xalapa , que ya tienen sus años de acreditación y está que es nueva, no sabe tratar a la gente mayor. Muy mal por ellos, pero reconozco que el pan y los tamales, están ricos y sabrosos.
 The bread is good and the tamales also, just that the employees, make fun of the elderly when they come to buy and ask. They should change the female staff, the gentlemen showed more customer service and education to consumers. It hurts because it is good bread, but there are other prestigious bakeries and patisseries in Xalapa, which already have their years of accreditation and are new, do not know how to treat the elderly. Very bad for them, but I recognize that bread and tamales are delicious and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quizá la pastelería más sabrosa de la ciudad. El pastel de nuez de macadamia es fantástico, esponjoso y húmedo. También los Garibaldi.
El glaseado de las donas es delicioso, pero las donas no, están duras y les falta textura.
Se puede pagar con tarjeta, pero copian el número, tengan precaución.
Perhaps the tastiest pastry in town. The macadamia nut cake is fantastic, fluffy and moist. Also the Garibaldi.
The glaze on the donuts is delicious, but the donuts are not, they are hard and lack texture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan está rico pero no sé siente fresco sino más bien un poco viejo. Es de buenos ingredientes así que podría estar mejor por el precio que cobran. Los pasteles se ven bien hechos aunque no los he probado.
The bread is delicious but I do not know it feels fresh but rather a little old. It is of good ingredients so it could be better for the price they charge. The cakes look well done even though I haven't tried them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no hacen pan bueno, lo compre según “fresco” pero se ve era del pan que ya tenían de días ? todo duro y la “Nutella” no es más que un chocolate seco y duro, asco de pan, lo único rescatable son los cubiletes y uno que otro pastel si es que no está atascado de azúcar.
