Nos tocó una vez un pastel chococrunch con la crema seca, cuarteada, feísimo creímos que era mala suerte y hoy compramos nuevamente uno de chocolate y al levantar la tapa nos llegó el olor como si fuese envinado, pero para nada está echado a perder, todo a la basura.
NO ES POSIBLE QUE VENDAN COSAS QUE YA ESTÁN PARA LA BASURA.
QUE ASCO SUS PASTELES Y MAS SUS POLÍTICAS QUE LES PERMITEN VENDER PASTELES AUNQUE ESTEN EN MAL ESTADO

Once we had a chococrunch cake with the dry, cracked cream, very ugly we thought it was bad luck and today we bought a chocolate one again and when we lifted the lid we got the smell as if it were wine, but it is not spoiled at all, everything to the trash.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SELL THINGS THAT ARE ALREADY FOR THE GARBAGE.
THEY DISGUST THEIR CAKES AND MORE THEIR POLICIES THAT ALLOW THEM TO SELL CAKES EVEN IF THEY ARE IN BAD CONDITION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace más de dos años fui a esta pastelería, me atendió una tal Gabriela , no me decidia porque pastel llevar ya que era la primera vez que compraba ahí, finalmente mi hijo decidió llevar un chococrunch, la empleaducha esa nos dijo que si nos podíamos apurar porque era hora de salida , nos vendió el pastel de mala gana y a la carrera, metió el pastel en la bolsa de cartón y al llegar a la casa y partirlo nos dimos cuenta de que estaba incomible agrio como si le hubieran puesto limón, lo devolvimos al otro día y la señora esa nos dijo q todavía no vencía la fecha de caducidad y que no podía devolvernos o cambiar el pastel x esa razón.
Hace unos días volvía a ir a esa misma sucursal y al parecer la nueva chica se esmero en atendernos, compré un arcoiris y aunque estaba un poco seco para mí gusto me gustó.
Al parecer han cambiado al personal y eso es bueno, la empleada anterior a parte de grosera no sabe hacer su trabajo y no sabe checar la caducidad de lo que vende.
More than two years ago I went to this pastry shop, I was attended by a certain Gabriela, I couldn't decide why cake to bring since it was the first time I bought there, finally my son decided to bring a chococrunch, the employee told us that if we could hurry up because it was time to leave, he sold us the cake reluctantly and on the run, he put the cake in the cardboard bag and when we got home and broke it up we realized that it was inedible sour as if they had put lemon on it, we returned it the next day and that lady told us that the expiration date had not yet expired and that she could not return or change the cake for that reason.
A few days ago I went back to that same branch and apparently the new girl took great care in serving us, I bought a rainbow and although it was a little dry for my taste, I liked it.
Apparently they have changed the staff and that is good, the previous employee, apart from being rude, does not know how to do her job and does not know how to check the expiration date of what she sells.
