Terrible customer service. I ordered a cake for Sunday and they said yes. They never told me that I should deposit that same day (it was my intention) but they gave him an Oxxo balance account to which he cannot transfer and I could not go to an Oxxo that day. I am writing today to ask for another account and they tell me that they can no longer take my order because I did not make the payment that day. (They never told me what percentage I should pay in advance and they never told me that they would not make me the cake if I didn't make the payment that day) In these times where people do not have work, this Pasteleria treats its customers that way and throws away a job opportunity. The person who attends WhatsApp never gave me his name and from what I read here I know that they give bad customer service at the branch. It's really a shame that people who don't deserve have the job that others don't have.

We like the tres leches cake with pastry cream. Not very sweet .. the taste of bread .. delicious cream .. recommended .. there we send cakes for our birthdays and some event.

Good at pastries, rich cakes, great variety, hygiene and quality.

There is not much variety but they are the only rich cakes that I have found here, they are expensive but they are rich
