★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único malo es q al querer comprar unos cupcake y pagarlos en caja, me dijeron q no me los podían vender xq ya stban caducos, me dio gusto q me lo dijeran y no me vendieran cosas rancias, lo malo es que deberían estar al pendiente para q no pase esa situación nuevamente ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal Servicio, se pidió de 3 capas y de fondant, y solo lo hicieron de 2 capas y con betún, pero si lo cobraron como se pidió.solo por qué ya era la fiesta si no lo hubiéramos regresado. Muy mal servicio, pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia 15 de abril ordene y pague 560 pesos de un pastel para 20 personas de 3 leches, desde Chicago y nunca lo entregaron, llame despues para reclamar y les mencione que iba a hacer la reversa de este pago y aceptaron, mi banco le izo reversa a Remitly que fue el enviador de dinero que use, y no se la izo a la Pasteleria Emmanuel por lo tanto la pasteleria se quedo con mi dinero y no me contestan las llamadas, es una lastima que me robaran y yo no poder reclamar por estar tan lejos en chicago. Esta pasteleria mo es de confianza, compren en otro lado.
