About Pastelería Ideal
Fundada en 1927 e inicialmente llamada Ideal Bakery, Pastelería Ideal inicia su décima década ininterrumpida de operaciones en la Ciudad de México. Lo que empezó como un modesto expendio de pan en plena época de la Guerra Cristera, es hoy una empresa consolidada y bien posicionada en la mente de los habitantes de la Ciudad de México.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Pastelería es una tradición riquisimos los pasteles y las galletas deliciosas. Mi única queja es que dejan a los distribuidores manosear a su antojo el pan, lo agarran con sus manos para calarlo y lo aplastan, que si bien traen guantes no se vale tener que comprar pan que otra gente agarra con sus manos. Deberían tener más cuidado con esto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena variedad y logística. Considero que los precios son accesibles para este tipo de panadería/pastelería.
Lo que nunca me ha gustado es que la variedad del pan está muy expuesta, pues se sitúan en mesas amplias; con frecuencia se observan moscas e incluso abejas en los panes más endulzados, lo que le quita imagen al lugar.
Fuera de lo anterior, el sabo es muy bueno.

What I have never liked is that the variety of bread is very exposed, as they are placed on large tables; Flies and even bees are often seen on the sweetest breads, which takes away from the image of the place.
Apart from the above, the flavor is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El quesito está insípido ni sabe a queso, el bracito estaba agrio (rancio) lo de afuera todo seco... PÉSIMO PAN!!
The little cheese is insipid and doesn't taste like cheese, the little arm was sour (rancid) the outside was all dry... AWFUL BREAD!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer fui a comprar un pastel, una gelatina y galletas, y tengo barias observaciones: la 1ra es que el guardia de seguridad tenía una muy mala presentación de higiene, déspota, la 2da es que los exibidores de los panes esta muy mugrosos, el personal muy grosero, 3ra al llegar a mi casa partí la gelatina y el pastel y salieron cabellos, el pan del pastel están muh seco, el pan estaba rancio, lacio y con un sabor demasioado desagradable y aquí las pruebas de los cabellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda uno de los mejores lugares donde puedes comprar deliciosos panes, pasteles, gelatinas, galletas, etc. Los precios son accesibles y hay mucha variedad. Este fin de semana estuvieron suspendidos sus servicios habituales pero tal vez dentro de poco todo regrese a la normalidad.

Es necesario mencionar que es un pan un poquito rezagado. Por cierto el lugar cumple con medidas de higiene; el horario es de 6:00 am a 8:30 pm. Si bien no tiene estacionamiento, pueden dejar su coche afuerita y un señor lo vigila a cambio de alguna aportación económica. En La Ideal encontrarán prácticamente el mismo surtido de pan que en las sucursales del Centro de la CDMX.

Dicen que a partir de las 7 pm dan el pan al 2x1, pero no lo sé con certeza.
Las galletas están muy ricas y a buen precio.
Los pasteles están deliciosos y no son tan dulces. Tienen de distintos tamaños y precios $195, $340 y $480.
