★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 4 de septiembre compré un pastel mediano de trufa de $340.00 y tristemente estaba superseco y feo, llamé para comentarlo y no pasó a mayores. No sé si no estén al pendiente xq siempre vendían pasteles de calidad.

Me vendieron un pastel AGRIO, yo entiendo perfectamente que se trata de un negocio de cadena fría y es relativamente normal que sucedan estas cosas; por lo que yo fui amablemente a que me cambiaran el pastel o me ofrecieran alguna solución. La chica que atiende el local no me podía solucionar nada y me dijo que la dueña no quería hablar conmigo, cuando por fin accedió, ni siquiera me dejo hablar solo empezó a decirme que no era su responsabilidad y que no me iba a ofrecer ninguna solución y hasta me empezaba a gritar.

Se le olvida a la señora que no están ni cerca de ser los mejores pasteles de la zona, a menos de 1km hay una aranzazu, una montparnasse, el bollo, una bon pane, etc y debe de cuidar a los clientes que preferimos apoyar negocios pequeños a comprar en las grandes cadenas. En cualquier pastelería o tienda te lo cambian sin preguntar nada.

Los pasteles de ahí sin muy ricos, recomiendo el de limón y el de cajeta, esos están muy muy buenos, también el de fresa.
Espero que metan más variedad o promociones, sería excelente!!
