Obregón por la calidad del pan, la textura, la consistencia, fresco, exquisito, en fin, la verdad el pan en Sonora tiende a ser muy seco hasta los pasteles y el chantilly muy dulce, pero en esta pastelería conservan el pan firme pero no seco con esa cremosidad sin ser empalagoso... Me encanta! tiene la pinta como el pan del centro del país (?) el precio vale la pena comprarlo, los bisquets, las conchas, el pan de centeno, los panqués, los cupcakes, las rebanadas de mantequilla, los strudel de frutas y vegano estan deliciosos, crocantes... En verdad super recomendado. Además dentro del local también venden Tortas sencillas, aún no las he probado pero no dudo que estén muy ricas ?
