Quitaron el gel antibacterial y no limpian las pinzas y charolas después de que cada cliente las usa. Además su tapete desinfectante esta seco y nunca lo colocan bien... deja mucho que desear su higiene. The Puebla branch, Centro, recently did not follow sanitary measures. They removed the antibacterial gel and do not clean the tweezers and trays after each customer uses them. In addition, their disinfectant mat is dry and they never place it well ... it leaves a lot to be desired with their hygiene.
O	OBISPO NEGRO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 3 estrellas x q el menú del pan es muy muy limitado y no hay muchas opciones, el pan de dulce es delicioso, la torta y bolillo, crijientes. Los precios son accesibles. Ojo el pan de dulce siempre es el mismo y son pocas las opciones. El lugar es limpio y la atención cordial. I give it 3 stars because the bread menu is very very limited and there are not many options, the sweet bread is delicious, the cake and bolillo, crijientes. The prices are affordable. Be careful, sweet bread is always the same and there are few options. The place is clean and the attention is friendly.

S	Soco Michel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bread/pastries, TERRIBLE service. As a tourist there are times where you are not well informed about traditional dishes/pastries. Even though I do come from the States, I do know what some traditional pastries are called and what they are. One of my personal favorites are the Conchas, chocolate or coffee but either way they are my fave and after trying the ones from here, these are delicious!! We also tried the pan de milhojas (thousand layer cake) and some other one that looked like a donut filled with mapled walnuts. The place seemed like is always busy and the pastries are constantly being refilled. The only sad and bad experience was the service, when I asked one of the workers what some of the pastries were called or what they were he simply looked at us and said he didn't know, then my mom turned around and asked the guy at the counter and the he didn't even answered us. Lastly we just left the pastries we didn't know what they were and stood in line. Out of 4 workers only 1 LADY came to the rescue (the register) and started ringing everyone who was in line while the other 3 males were just talking and on their cell phone. And for that they only get 3/ 5 stars. I would come back but just or the pastries because this place has the WORST SERVICE with delicious pastries.
