Después del manejo, no se escurrió como sucede con otras marcas comerciales y se mantuvo fresco después de varias horas sin refrigeración. No sé si fuera por el horario o el día, pero le faltan opciones de postres individuales
 Good cakes I liked the cake of 4 milks, it has good flavor and good texture. After handling, it did not run off like other commercial brands and remained fresh after several hours without refrigeration. En dos ocasiones diferentes y en dos pasteles diferentes de tres leches el pastel venía más seco que la presa de la boca en verano. Solo el plato tenía leche, cuál es el sentido de pagar por un pastel de tres leches cuando muy apenas le hechan leche.
En ambas ocasiones mantuvimos el pastel refrigerado y en ambas ocasiones estaba más mojada la tapa por la condensación que el pastel.
Es triste ver qué una pastelería que creía era de confianza rebaje la calidad de manera tan drástica.
Quality has dropped dramatically, and prices remain high. It is unacceptable and they have lost a customer for years.
On two different occasions and in two different tres leches cakes, the cake was drier than the prey of the mouth in summer. Only the plate had milk, what is the point of paying for a tres leches cake when they barely add milk to it.
Both times we kept the cake refrigerated and both times the lid was wetter from condensation than the cake.
It is sad to see that a bakery that you thought was trustworthy downgraded the quality so drastically.
