★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitaba un pastel temático para el cumpleaños de mi hija, por medio de instagram di con "Pasteleria Liliana Jaramillo", desde el primer contacto por redes fue muy atenta y ayudándome a crear mi pastel, siempre escuchando mis deseos. Hacen los pasteles como los pides, el sabor es delicioso. Cuando pasé por mi pastel la atención fue excelente, el lugar maravilloso. Sin dudarlo en un futuro ahí compraré más pasteles.
I needed a thematic cake for my daughter's birthday, through Instagram I found "Pasteleria Liliana Jaramillo", from the first contact through networks she was very attentive and helping me create my cake, always listening to my wishes. They make the cakes as you ask, the taste is delicious. When I passed for my cake the attention was excellent, the place was wonderful. Without hesitation in the future I will buy more cakes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasteles muy ricos pero la atencion y servicio al cliente es pesima. He hecho 2 pedidos de pasteles, me prometen tomar nota de la decoracion sencilla que pido y no cumplen. He tenido que regresar los pasteles las dos veces para que los arreglen y es una molestia.
En otra oportunidad, llame para apartar un pastel de temporada, me prometieron que lo apartarian y les dije que yo ya estaba de camino. Llegue en 15 minutos a la tienda y se lo vendieron a alguien mas. Era el ultimo. Me hacen perder el viaje, el tiempo, gasolina, y mi confianza sobre la seriedad con la que toman pedidos.
No puedes pedir un pastel sencillo con 1 semana de anticipacion, deben ser semanas o un mes antes y cuando te dan una explicacion de por que no aceptan tu pedido, dicen que ya tienen "3" pedidos mas para la fecha y no quieren aceptar un 4to pedido. Te tratan como si fueran demasiado exclusivos y como si estuvieran ahogandose en pedidos (siendo una pasteleria formal en un establecimiento) y prefieren perder una venta, y eventualmente un cliente, a atenderte de verdad.
A mis hijos les gusta el sabor de sus pasteles y soliamos pedir seguido de esta pasteleria, e incluso recomendarla, pero creo que dejan mucho que desear con la atencion del personal que maneja su whatsapp, el mostrador y sus pedidos. Hay muchas otras pastelerias deliciosas en la ciudad y no te tratan de esta manera. Sin mencionar que son pasteles costosos. No pierdan su dinero aqui y no arriesguen el pastel o postre de sus celebraciones contando con la palabra del personal que atiende esta pasteleria.
Very rich cakes but the attention and customer service is terrible. I have made 2 orders for cakes, they promise to take note of the simple decoration that I ask for and they do not comply. I have had to return the cakes both times to have them fixed and it is a hassle.
On another occasion, I called to reserve a seasonal cake, they promised me that they would reserve it and I told them that I was already on my way. I got to the store in 15 minutes and they sold it to someone else. It was the last. They make me lose the trip, the time, gas, and my confidence about the seriousness with which they take orders.
You cannot order a simple cake 1 week in advance, it must be weeks or a month before and when they give you an explanation why they do not accept your order, they say that they already have "3" more orders for the date and they do not want to accept a 4th order. They treat you as if they are too exclusive and as if they are drowning in orders (being a formal bakery in an establishment) and they would rather lose a sale, and eventually a customer, than actually serve you.
My children like the taste of their cakes and we used to order often from this bakery, and even recommend it, but I think they leave a lot to be desired with the attention of the staff that handles their whatsapp, the counter and their orders. There are many other delicious patisseries in town and they don't treat you this way. Not to mention they are expensive cakes. Do not waste your money here and do not risk the cake or dessert of your celebrations counting on the word of the staff that attends this bakery.
