★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención, calidad en el servicio es pésimo, hablan mal de los clientes pensando que no estan lamentablemente a la señora ni si quiera le respondi, te cobran 3% por uso de tarjeta, INE para pago aún cuando sea firma electronica (ok por seguridad, pero también ahora ya no es tan necesario)
Very bad attention, quality service is terrible, they speak badly of the customers thinking that they are not unfortunately to the lady or even answered, they charge 3% for card use, INE for payment even when it is electronic signature (ok for security, but now it's not as necessary anymore)

Te quieren quitar el plástico y llevarlo atrás del mostrador y aún cuando metes el nip te quieren exigir tu número de teléfono. Solicité hablar con un encargado y la empleadas lo negaron y dijeron textual que ellas solo lo conocen como "el encargado" que no se saben si nombre, a saber si las tienen empleadas mediante un contrato de trabajo
They charge 3% commission with card payment, which is illegal. They want to remove the plastic and take it behind the counter and even when you put the pin they want to demand your phone number. I asked to speak with a manager and the employees denied it and said verbatim that they only know him as "the manager" who do not know his name, to know if they have employees through an employment contract
