★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos gusta mucho el pan que elaboran, es muy rico y su personal muy amable. Ojalá pronto acepten pago con tarjeta.
 We really like the bread they make, it is very rich and the staff is very friendly. Hopefully they will accept card payment soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no recomiendo esta pastelería, la razón es porque hicimos un pedido de Cheescake para una fecha específica y en la nota anotaron una fecha diferente (2 días después) por lo que no lo tenían listo, al ver esta situación pedimos la devolución de nuestro dinero y no quisieron (según ellos porque no hacen devoluciones lo cual no está escrito ni en la nota ni anunciado en el establecimiento) sólo nos dieron opción de llevarnos algún producto que tuvieran en mostrador, y realmente no entendimos porqué no quisieron hacer la devolución si el Cheescake todavía no se había preparado, pésimo servicio del lugar y para lamentar el pastel con relleno de queso y mango que nos terminamos llevando, al momento de cortarlo nos salieron cabellos. NO LA RECOMIENDO.
I definitely do not recommend this pastry, the reason is because we made an order for Cheescake for a specific date and in the note they wrote down a different date (2 days later) so they did not have it ready, when we saw this situation we asked for the return of our money and they did not want (according to them because they do not make returns which is not written in the note or announced in the establishment) they only gave us the option of taking some product that they had on the counter, and we really did not understand why they did not want to make the return if the Cheescake had not yet been prepared, terrible service from the place and to regret the cake with cheese and mango filling that we ended up taking, at the moment of cutting it we had hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el local de esa cadena mas amplio que he conocido. Sin duda, pasteles de buena calidad y pan de sabor sobresaliente. Hoy en especial habia poco surtido de pasteles, lo que me facilitó una elección rapida, pero creo que no es la regla general.
It is the largest chain store I have ever known. Good quality cakes and outstanding tasting bread indeed. Today in particular there was little assortment of cakes, which gave me a quick choice, but I think that is not the general rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre por la tarde un pastel de choco fresa y la fresa con la que hacen el relleno estaba echada a perder, fui a reclamar al día siguiente y la encargada de la sucursal me mando a la matriz de av central para hacerme la devolución de mi dinero...su personal mal encarado y sin ganas de atender al cliente.
No regresaré, sus pasteles eran deliciosos y siempre eran mi primer opción para mis reuniones pero después de esa experiencia no me quedan ganas de volver a comprar un pastel de ahí.
I bought a strawberry chocolate cake in the afternoon and the strawberry with which they make the filling was spoiled, I went to complain the next day and the person in charge of the branch sent me to the headquarters of central av to get my money back ... its staff badly faced and unwilling to serve the customer.
I will not return, their cakes were delicious and they were always my first choice for my meetings but after that experience I do not want to buy a cake from there again.

En cuanto a la atención, la chica muy grosera, mala atención, al guardar el pan, rompió uno y así me lo quería dar, salvo que le pedí q lo cambiaría. No lo recomiendo. ??

Si pides algún pastel para un evento especial lo mandan a hacer a otra sucursal y no tienen entrega a domicilio.
Los sabores son los mismos tradicionales que en todas sus pastelerías y los precios son bastante justos.
Es una excelente alternativa para un antojo de un buen pastel.
The branch is big, there is not much variety of cake or bread.
If you order a cake for a special event, they send it to another branch and they don't have home delivery.
The flavors are the same traditional ones as in all of its pastry shops and the prices are quite fair.
It is an excellent alternative for a craving for a good cake.
