Fui a encargar mi pastel de boda y el señor me dijo que no, que lo pidiera 2 o 3 días antes, porque según él, todavía faltaba mucho (faltaban 10 días). Me alegó que porque sus clientes le encargan pasteles y nunca van por ellos.
Le dije que yo no era así y que se lo iba a dejar pagado, me era imposible ir 2 días antes de mi boda a encargar el pastel, lo convencí.
Round 2. - "quiero mi pastel adornado con chocolate blanco y que sea todo blanco", - "no, el pastel viene adornado con frutas". Y bueno... Total que lo convencí, me dijo que me iba a costar mas pero no había problema.
Round 3. - "Lo quiero para el domingo para el desayuno, pasaría por él a las 10:30", -"no, te lo tengo a la 1"
Y todavía me dice que no es porque no me quiere vender, si no porque mi pastel le va a estorbar mucho para poder meter sus otros pasteles ?
¿Neta?
Por si se quedaron con la duda, no lo compré ahí.
Compraba pasteles ahí desde hace más de 10 años, cuando estaban en un local de una cuadra más arriba, pero cada que vamos últimamente, nos tratan pésimo, como si se estuvieran cuidando de que les veamos la cara porque somos unos estafadores de pasteles ?
Que lastima, los pasteles están buenos, pero la experiencia de ir es pésima

And he still tells me that it is not because he does not want to sell me, but because my cake is going to hinder him a lot to be able to put his other cakes ?

I used to buy cakes there for more than 10 years, when they were in a place a block up, but every time we go lately, they treat us terrible, as if they were taking care that we see their faces because we are cake scammers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de comprarles un pastel de chocolate, pero les pedí que por favor me le agregaran mas fruta arriba aunque me cobraran mas. La señora que me atendió me dijo: “es que así ya es el pastel, ya trae fruta adentro”.
Se lo pedí amablemente otra vez, nada más era agregar un poco más de fruta, le recordé que me cobrara más, sin problema, y me volvió a decir que no, porque “así era ya su decorado”… silencio incómodo.
Pensé en irme pero agarro el pastel y me dijo, “bueno pero te lo cobro en 360” y se lo llevo por fin.
Total que cuando estaba preparando el pastel se le acercó el señor del negocio y le dijo en voz baja que me cobrara más.
Le pedí un domo de plástico para llevarlo mejor protegido, y otra vez me dijo, “pero te cobro 15 pesos” (yo ya sabía, eso no era problema). Y total que me cobro 395.
No me querían poner su bendita fruta.
Me dijo “supe el precio a 360” y me termino cobrando 380. Ya con mala forma poniéndole el domo.
Sus formas de servicio al cliente dejan mucho que desear. Que pereza.
