★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio nos dieron en sucursal de Ruiz cortinez que eran dos días par pedido y ya estando en sucursal nos salen que ahora son 4 días para preparar un simple pastel de 20px marcamos a servicio al cliente y no te resuelven nada ?
 They gave us bad service at the Ruiz Cortinez branch, which was two days to order and once at the branch we find that now it is 4 days to prepare a simple 20px cake, we dial customer service and they do not solve anything for you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una adorable pastelería y en este caso su libda estrella el Pay de Fresas alegra el corazón, fresco, consistente en su sabor y definitivo muy casero su preparado o rellenito de queso. Sobreviviente a la pandemia, buen lugar para planear comprar uno de sus pastelillos para una tarde de café y algo especial con la familia o algún coffee break ahora de regreso a la oficina.
An adorable pastry and in this case its star libda the Strawberry Pie cheers the heart, fresh, consistent in its flavor and definitely very homemade, its prepared or stuffed with cheese. Survivor of the pandemic, good place to plan to buy one of their cakes for an afternoon of coffee and something special with the family or a coffee break now back at the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo vivo en Florida. Pedi un Pastel la semana Pasada para mi suegra en Monterrey. Creanme es igual la foto del pastel que pedi al que entregaron. Ya que muchas veces es algo o muy diferente. Excelente servicio en la entrega. A la persona que me atendio por whatsapp excelente.mi suegra le encanto el sabor la consistencia .
Si pudiera les daria 10 estrellas.
Asi que los recomiendo complemente.
I live in Florida. I ordered a cake last week for my mother-in-law in Monterrey. Believe me, the photo of the cake I ordered from the one delivered was the same. Since many times it is something or very different. Excellent service in delivery. The person who treated me on WhatsApp was excellent. My mother-in-law loved the taste, the consistency.
If I could I would give them 10 stars.
So I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de las empleadas y falta variedad en sus pasteles de esa sucursal, como el local es muy chico y muy sencillo les falta surtido y mejorar atención al cliente. No tenían el pastel que buscaba y en vez de asesorarme y checar en sistema que sucursal sí lo tenía.. Me despacharon de forma muy equis diciéndome que no había y punto. Yo no regreso a comprar a esa marca, hay más y mejores donde si me han brindado mejor servicio y trato y mejor calidad.
Bad service from the employees and lack of variety in their cakes from that branch, as the place is very small and very simple, they lack assortment and improve customer service. They did not have the cake I was looking for and instead of advising me and checking in the system which branch did have it .. They sent me off in a very x way telling me that there was not, period. I will not return to buy from that brand, there are more and better ones where they have given me better service and treatment and better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un cheesecake tortuga, estaba muy rico, sí es como para 10 personas con rebanadas normales. Hay unos pasteles individuales que salen como en $60 creo están muy caros para el tamaño de porción. El teléfono que tienen es el 8383-3779.
Frente al local hay varios cajones para estacionarse y no tienen costo.
