Apellido de origen Alemán cuya traducción al español es Campo Nuevo. Al ser el apellido de nuestro fundador nombramos así a la pastelería y la representamos con el logotipo en color verde que nos identifica. Ofreciendo las más exquisitas recetas México-Alemanas.
Tras dos años de preparar pasteles en casa y siguiendo con la tradición y el gusto familiar por la repostería, pastelería Neufeld inicia sus actividades como establecimiento en la Ciudad de Guadalajara en el año de 1984.

El pastel rojo terciopelo es de buena calidad en relación con su precio. El moka está horrible, parece pastel de caja, y reseco. Las galletas están buenas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos sus productos, el detalle es que he ido a varias sucursales y nunca quieren vender el pastel por rebanada en específico el de zanahoria, aunque lo tengan ahí me dicen no hay. También deben comprender que a veces como en mi caso es demasiado comprar un pastel para 10 personas siendo nosotros solo 3 miembros a parte no a todos nos gusta lo mismo! como en mi caso a mi me gusta el de zanahoria a mi pareja el de cereza con tres leches y a mi hijo el de chocolate de estos últimos no tengo problema casi siempre hay individuales pero el de zanahoria siempre está escaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio, y en la tienda sea la sucursal que sea, nunca, jamás tienen pastel tiramisú, entonces para que lo ofrecen o lo ponen en su folleto de pasteles, si jamás lo venden ?
