Apellido de origen Alemán cuya traducción al español es Campo Nuevo. Al ser el apellido de nuestro fundador nombramos así a la pastelería y la representamos con el logotipo en color verde que nos identifica. Ofreciendo las más exquisitas recetas México-Alemanas.
Tras dos años de preparar pasteles en casa y siguiendo con la tradición y el gusto familiar por la repostería, pastelería Neufeld inicia sus actividades como establecimiento en la Ciudad de Guadalajara en el año de 1984.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy realise un pedido por un pastel de zanaoria me dieron tiempo te entreg de 3a4 de la tarde me abraron q no podian entregarlo en ese tiempo qpodyian de 6a7 pm les dige q estaba bien nunc llego el pastel a ese tiempo tampoco me abraron nuebsmente que por xcausa no pudieron a ese tiempo q si podia recibir de 8a9 de la noche yo ya sospechaba algo rara le dige que si er seguro de ese tifmpo y me dijo q si ok traemflo son las 10 de noche y ese pastel no h llegado fue uns pena con los invitados xfslta de pastel me dige que seriedad de esta empresa queno tubo elvañor de decirme que no se iba a poder entregar el pastel
