Apellido de origen Alemán cuya traducción al español es Campo Nuevo. Al ser el apellido de nuestro fundador nombramos así a la pastelería y la representamos con el logotipo en color verde que nos identifica. Ofreciendo las más exquisitas recetas México-Alemanas.
Tras dos años de preparar pasteles en casa y siguiendo con la tradición y el gusto familiar por la repostería, pastelería Neufeld inicia sus actividades como establecimiento en la Ciudad de Guadalajara en el año de 1984.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos productos. Aunque las personas que atienden como que les molesta atender a los clientes, dan de mala gana la información. En lo personal no quería dejar mi pastel en el carro para poder entrar al supermercado, lo pague y le pedí a la encargada de mostrador que lo cuidara y me dijo que no, que por que no podía hacer apartados, a lo cual no era un apartado ya que ya lo había pagado y solo necesitaba que lo resguardaran mientras yo iba a otro local. En fin, por este tipo de situaciones es por lo que prefiero buscar otras opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte de las 4 empleadas que en ese momento se encontraban fue pésima actitud, atendiendo sus celulares, mal encaradas, pasaron como 20min.para servirnos dos cafés americanos y ellas solo platicando, la maquina donde los preparan está a la vista y claramente vimos que no los estaban preparando horario en el q asistí fue entre 1 y 3pm. Domingo 12 dic.
