★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos pasteles. El de trufa con chocolate es mi favorito. Aunque varias veces el personal está muy atareado y la atención no es la mejor. Podrían poner de que son los pasteles y los precios para ahorrar un poco el trabajo de estar contestando a los clientes. En cuanto al sabor de los mejores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ También tuve una experiencia desagradable con la persona que elabora las facturas es muy grosera y por si fuera poco se exprésa mal de sus colaboradores hasta el grado de decir que tal vez nisiquiera conocen la palabra factura, cabe mencionar que yo pedí la factura en tiempo para ser exactos el día de la compra, llame varias veces para que me la enviaran y después de dos semanas solo me dijeron que por cambio de mes ya no se podía
Los pasteles son buenísimos pero su personal le resta calidad a todo.
I also had an unpleasant experience with the person who prepares the invoices, he is very rude and as if that were not enough, he expresses himself badly about his collaborators to the point of saying that perhaps they do not even know the word invoice, it is worth mentioning that I requested the invoice in time to to be exact the day of the purchase, I called several times to have it sent to me and after two weeks they only told me that due to the change of month it was no longer possible
The cakes are great but their staff detract from the quality of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente le había dado bien puntaje y buena opinión a esta pastelería pero hubo ocasiones (varias) en las que los pasteles estaban secos, sin remojar en leche cuando TODOS son remojados (y eso nos lo dijeron varias empleadas cuando preguntabamos sobre los sabores) en otras ocasiones estaban mal presentados y en otras los sabores estaban mal (pedíamos el de avellana y tenía relleno de trufa, por ejemplo.) Pero la gota que derramó el vaso es que nos vendieron PASTELES CADUCADOS (anexo fotos del jarabe tres leches que parece slime) fuimos a qué nos cambiarán los pasteles y los NUEVOS ESTABAN IGUAL DE PODRIDOS!!!. lentable porque es una pastelería muy rica. No se si volvamos a comprar ahí pero lo publico para que tengan cuidado!!.
Previously I had given a good score and a good opinion to this bakery but there were occasions (several) in which the cakes were dry, without soaking in milk when ALL are soaked (and that was told to us by several employees when we asked about the flavors) in others Sometimes they were poorly presented and in others the flavors were bad (we asked for the hazelnut one and it had a truffle filling, for example.) But the last straw is that they sold us EXPIRED CAKES (attached photos of the tres leches syrup that looks like slime) we went to what the cakes will change us and the NEW WERE JUST BAD !!!. Slowable because it is a very rich pastry. I do not know if we will buy there again but I publish it so that they are careful !!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasteles son ricos, le ponen mucha fruta yo probé el de tres leches con fresa y lo pedí cubierto de frutos rojos quedó muy bonito. Perooo..el pan estaba como apelmasado, no estaba esponjosito... pero la relación calidad costo está muy bien.
The cakes are delicious, they put a lot of fruit on it. I tried the tres leches cake with strawberry and asked for it covered with red fruits, it was very nice. Perooo... the bread was caked, it wasn't fluffy... but the value for money is very good.
