★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De un tiempo para ak la CALIDAD de sus pasteles ha bajado notablemente; recuerdo q hace 20-25 años hacian unos pasteles deliciosos (cremosos,buen sabor, y hasta mejor decorados con su chantilli bco. y su chocolate alrededor) incluso mejor q los d pastelerias como la esperanza o lecaroz. Lamentablemente van 3 veces q he comprado un pastel y me he quedado desepcionado del producto;una ocacion el pastel estaba muy agrio creo q ya tenia varias semanas. Y las otras dos ocasiones su pastel estaba sumamente reseco pienso q de igual manera ya tenia MUCHO tiempo en el mostrador.
Por último si sus pasteles ya tienen demasiado tiempo exhibidos no los vendan ya q como cliente estamos pagando$ por un producto, no se los estamos pidiendo regalado
Pd. Ojala mejoren y vuelvan a hacer pasteles tan buenos como los hacian antes
Of a time for ak the QUALITY of its cakes has lowered remarkably; I remember that 20-25 years ago they made some delicious cakes (creamy, good taste, and even better decorated with their chantilli bco and their chocolate around) even better than pastry patties like hope or lecaroz. Regrettably go 3 times I bought a cake and I have been disconnected from the product, one time the cake was very sour I think I already had several weeks. And the other two occasions his cake was extremely dry I think that in the same way I had a LOT of time at the counter.
Finally, if your cakes have already been exhibited for too long, do not sell them because as a client we are paying $ for a product, we are not asking for them as gifts.
P.S. I hope they improve and make cakes as good as they did before
