Historia
Pastelería Quemen nace el 18 de diciembre de 1980 como un negocio familiar en la que es hoy nuestra sucursal de González Ortega, en el Barrio de los 7 Príncipes, como fruto del legado de Doña Clementina Guzmán Ibáñez; dedicada madre de familia quien fuera conocida por sus seres queridos como Quemen.
Es a través de sus postres y creaciones culinarias que se crea la base de una empresa orgullosamente Oaxaqueña que gracias a la dedicación y el trabajo de muchas manos, así como de la preferencia de nuestros clientes y cómplices de alegrías y celebraciones, que Quemen puede renovarse, porque trabajamos pensando siempre en ti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cake here is very delicious but it makes you fat very fast. Eat every day on piece and you’ll gain a lot of weight in one month. I couldn’t decide which cake I should take because their have so many various kinds of cake.
For the cake I give them 5 stars and for the coffee only 3 stars because it’s from a machine which makes not that delicious coffee what I’m used to drink.
It’s a pity that they use only plastic silverware, paper plates and paper cups with a plastic lid therefore we stayed in the shop.
Nevertheless it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have traditional mexican desserts that taste delicious. There is a whole variety of '3 leches' cakes which look amazing. We could try one of them before buying because they had a tray with samples. They are really moisty and soft, just made perfectly. I recommend trying at least one kind, but be aware that they are pretty sweet.
They also offer some 'pan dulce' and jelly with traditional flavors like cajeta. We couldn't get to try them but they look good.
The only thing I didn't like was the amout of waste we had because the cake is served in plastic boxes and with a plastic spoon, they also serve coffee in paper cups with plastic lids.
