Nos vendieron un pastel, para empezar super caro para el tamaño y decoración (pero nos urgía ya que era sorpresa para una fiesta infantil), al comprarlo no nos percatamos del aspecto de este y nos lo entregaron ya con domo.
Obviamente en una fiesta infantil le das primero a los niños y después los adultos empiezan a comer, al probarlo me percate que el pastel estaba agrio.
La mayoría de los niños ya se lo habían comido y no pudimos hacer nada. La fruta estaba en super mal estado y el kiwi que traía ni siquiera estaba pelado.
Al ir a la sucursal la tienda ya había cerrado, intente comunicarme con la sucursal de Santo Domingo y el numero mandaba directamente a buzón y los whats no los contestaron nunca.
Se me hace de muy mal gusto e indignante que vendan cosas que ellos mismos saben que ya llevan días (porque obvio no era un pastel ni recién hecho ni de dos días), qe no se pongan a pensar que quizá es para niños y que eso es un problema super grande.

Horrible experience at the xochimilco branch.
They sold us a cake, to begin with it was super expensive for its size and decoration (but it made us urgent since it was a surprise for a children's party), when we bought it we didn't realize what it looked like and they delivered it to us already with a dome.
Obviously at a children's party you give the children first and then the adults start eating, when I tried it I realized that the cake was sour.
Most of the children had already eaten it and there was nothing we could do about it. The fruit was in super bad condition and the kiwi that was brought was not even peeled.
When I went to the branch the store had already closed, I tried to contact the Santo Domingo branch and the number sent directly to the mailbox and the whats were never answered.
I find it in very bad taste and outrageous that they sell things that they themselves know have been around for days (because obviously it wasn't a freshly baked or two-day cake), so don't start thinking that maybe it's for children and that it's a super big problem.
Horrible experience, horrible taste and horrible quality.
