★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta el pan y los pasteles de aquí, el hecho de tomar los cursos de panadería en la CANAIMPA, la Cámara Nacional de la Industria del Pan en México, es una garantía de que el pan está hecho como debe de ser, con materiales originales y hechos artesanalmente en la propia panadería.
Lo que marca una gran diferencia en el sabor del pan y de los pasteles.
Además, el precio es muy accesible.

Los pasteles a primera vista tal vez no sean tan antojables, debido a que la decoración es un poco "sencilla y algo anticuada" a comparación de otras pastelerías de la zona. Sin embargo al probarlos realmente son deliciosos, los rellenos frutales son frescos y con fruta de calidad; los betunes o cubiertas de crema son de los mas ricos que he probado, son suaves dulzor exacto, cero grasosos se nota que es de excelente calidad su crema batida.
Los pasteles de 3 leches increíbles en sabor, cantidad de leche.
El precio es de $120 x kg y la rebanada $25. Últimamente han incluído pan en su menú que es igual de rico.
