Hace unos meses, Accedí a comprar y partir ahí un pastel para festejar el cumpleaños de una pequeña, solo eramos 4 adultos y 4 niños. Y me quedo un mal sabor de boca con esta "Pasteleria San Angel" pues el personal que aquí atiende tiene muy pocas ganas de explicar de que son sus pasteles que tienen en el refrigerador-mostrador, no niego que la mayoría se ven bonitos pero su relleno es de puro chantilly comercial nada rico y si en bastante cantidad lo que llega a hostigar, el pan muy seco lo que hace pensar que es viejo... Quisimos partir el pastel ahí y me prestaron los platos más a fuerza que nada; nos sentamos y para caber todos (8) separamos la mesa 15 cm de la pared para que se sentara la festejada y se molestaron que por que NO podíamos mover las mesas (esta mesa es la más grande que tienen...) argumentando que el administrador los sancionaria con una exagerada cantidad por separar la mesa de la pared...y el administrador ni estaba!!!. Quisimos pasarnos a otra más pequeña pero huele bastante a DRENAJE y no es agradable... Al final y con prisas e incómodos por ver tantas malas caras y falta de buena atención hacia el cliente; partimos el feo y viejo pastel, nada rico y todos dejamos el chantilly ? Creo que deberían poner más actitud, accesibilidad, limpieza y empeño en su negocio...nosotros por lo menos no regresamos a consumirles, ni los recomiendo para nada ? Y ojalá el administrador si los haya sancionado, por mala cara y engaño al consumidor por pasteles viejos! Mejor vayan a La Esperanza! ?
